I am a BJJ black belt from Cleveland, Ohio and was visiting Boston for a conference. I dropped in to roll and couldn't be more happy. The whole gym was welcoming. They lent me a gi and introduced me to the whole class. We had some great instruction and rolling and the level of Bjj I experienced was top notch. I highly recommend this gym and will definitely add it to my must visit list the next time I am in Boston!
Big martial arts gym. Many nice people. Athletic training environment.
I was in Boston for work and dropped in for a morning session. They welcomed me with open arms and as a purple belt, it was a challenging class as the team really knows their stuff. Great instruction, no egos and a spotless facility. Highly recommend!
Welcoming gym that gets right to teaching. They were flexible and understanding when I had to cancel my membership.
Dropped in for a training session while I was in town, excellent all around and very welcoming!
Stopped by the Saturday All-level judo class. They separated the class by experience level, which was great for a beginner like me. The instructors were very welcoming, patient, and found a way to give everyone some personal attention. Would highly recommend!
Instructors were super knowledgeable and professional. Talent pool was deep so there was plenty of competition at every level. Dima at the front desk was really helpful when I went there for the first time.
Great coaches, very approachable and friendly
Cool place, recommendation from Poland.
Dropped in for some rolls and felt lucky to find this Dojo. I’m an old white belt & they were very welcoming to me. Luckily Thursday was open mat and they had about 60 folks getting after it. Mats we’re clean and everyone I trained with and spoke to was extremely respectful. Can’t wait to come back and recommend to all.
10/10, this place is super solid. The training sessions are competitive, JC and the other profs are incredibly knowledgable. If you are looking to learn self defense or, improve your BJJ, then I would highly recommend this place.
I was in town for the weekend and Broadway BJJ was super accommodating for an out-of-towner to get a class in. Level education and support is top notch and staff is extremely helpful/flexible. If you’re looking for a serious BJJ gym in Boston this it it.
I moved to Boston a year and a few months ago... I joined the Broadday gym in the second month of living here. I really liked the structure and service, even though I didn't know much English, they were super nice and used some students who spoke Portuguese haha. I've been training for a year, the teachers are very good, very technical, I feel good training there. Waiting for OSS graduation!
I drop in here whenever I'm in town for work. They're always extremely welcoming, and the jiu jitsu is high level. Go get some!
Coming from another gym to train BJJ here. Gym is very professional and attentive to each student. Would highly recommend this gym to anyone in the Boston area!
I was looking for a gym to train at in Boston for a few days, and was immediately welcomed here. Great, friendly group of instructors and students, and great competition. All around a fantastic experience.
The guys are mad chill and welcoming. Dima took answered all my questions over phone and helped me have a smooth experience in class. Afterwards, since I was a visiting blue belt , he even went with me to the nearest subway station and swiped his metro card to let me in. The class itself was also great, got smashed by the white belts there - super technical guys. 10/10 would recommend
Great high level facility, great environment
Very nice place filled with friendly people
Came by to train judo during a visit to Boston. The coaches were great, and I had a good training experience overall as someone who has had bjj and judo experience. There were a lot of good randori rounds, and I did not feel like punches were pulled for newcomers/visitors. However, I would say that it is not the most beginner-friendly setting, as the mats are rather hard and the class format is very loose, with more emphasis on individuals working their own techniques independently.
Excellent noon class. I'm not local and was coming to Boston during a business trip. So I emailed them, they promptly replied "come on" and I dropped in for a noon class. The instructor was great, welcoming and obviously knowledgable. Good instruction followed by situation (of what we went over) followed by live. The fellow students were great and welcoming and the rolls were not crazy intense like a competition but strong enough to get a good workout. At the end I offered to pay a mat fee, which I'ld gladly pay, and John the instructor said if you liked the class, a good review is all we need. It was and here it is. I'll be back.
Went here for my first class and it was amazing! Broadway Jiu-Jitsu was super welcoming and excited to have me there. You can tell the other member love this gym just as much as the owners and it’s treated like a family. I learned so much on the first day. Highly recommend checking this place out (especially if you’re looking to get into the sport).
They really know what they’re doing. A lot of fun and teachable moments. Devon is a great trainer and really knows his stuff.
Was traveling from Texas to Boston. Dropped in for a class and found it to be very welcoming. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Instruction was top notch. Can’t recommend this place enough for a drop in or if you want to begin or continue your Jiu Jitsu/MMA journey.
This gym has some of the toughest mats in New England, but is still very welcoming to beginners. There are white-belt-only classes for beginners to purple-belt and higher classes for more advanced students. The instruction is top notch and you’ll find yourself advancing faster here than at other schools.
Broadway Jiu Jitsu is a place where you will get competitive rolls and world class instruction. The relationships that I've been able to foster here will last a life time.
Open environment dedicated to the pursuit of excellence in jiu jitsu. Good, hard training and friendly people.
Great gym with great people.
Great instructors super knowledgeable and want you to learn. Great management and staff all around.
The Penn State wrestling coach on Saturday at 9 is legend. I am 4 stripes white belt but if I went to any other soft gym I would be a purple belt. Come to this gym consistently and you will be on your way to savagery. Everybody is polite and ready to learn together but we don't take it easy on each other. Always going hard, LET'S GO!!!!!
Really can’t recommend Broadway enough if you’re interested in jiu-jitsu and martial arts. Whether you’re an advanced practitioner or someone like me who walked in the gym with zero experience, the instructors and fellow practitioners immediately make you feel like part of the Broadway family. The gym is spacious, the instructors all provide world class teaching, there are classes throughout the day to suit your schedule, and you always leave having learned a lot and feeling like you’re progressing. 10/10 sort of experience.
Great gym with great coaches!
A top Boston gym from MMA to Jiu jitsu and more. I’ve been 10+ other gyms and Broadway has some of the most technical instructors. From beginner to well season, you will not regret joining the club. The environment is extremely competitive, but also incredibly friendly and doable for a hobbyist such as myself.
I've been going to Broadway for about a year now. JC is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, making every class a great learning experience. It doesn't matter if you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner; they cater to everyone's skill level, which has helped me improve significantly.
Besides doing jiu jitsu I also come in and do some heavy bag workouts. They offer a Thai heavy bag, which is a rarity in South Boston.
Highly recommend!
Great gym, great people
Great community of folks who want to train hard with no bad egos. Great place to drop in! I felt very welcomed.
Awesome gym with amazing instructors and people. Couldn’t recommend anything better!
Went for the first time just yesterday and was welcomed by everyone I met. Definitely recommended.
Awesome school, everyone is super nice and the instructors are top notch!
Probably one of the best gyms I’ve been to in the world. I try to hit the gym wherever i travel and the guys at broadway has been nothing short from being family in day one. Great group of people, really enjoyed my time here. Would be training here in a heartbeat if i lived in Boston area!
I could not say better things about Broadway Jiu-Jitsu. The teachers, community, and general staff were incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging, and instantly made me feel welcomed into the space. My friend, who has practiced here for numerous years, could not say enough good things about this place and i can truly see why! While it was my first time practicing Jiu- Jitsu, it will definitely not be the last time i practice at broadway - felt such a rush leaving this place! Huge thank you to Demetrius for being an absolutely incredible teacher and demetri in the front for getting me all sorted. If you’re thinking about giving Broadway Jiu-Jitsu a shot, just do it! You won’t regret it
Best gym in Boston
Went to the Thursday BJJ session and got several great rolls. Staff and instructors are super friendly and got some helpful tips.
Cool gym, good rounds, and nice people.
If you’re new to the area or traveling and just looking to drop in highly recommend, solid gym. Good mat space, great training, everyone was super technical and kind, they also have showers. These are guys are dogs, if you like to get after it you will feel at home.
Broadway Jiu-Jitsu offers exceptional training and a great facility. I highly recommend it for anyone looking improve their jiu-jitsu skills.
Attended the Muay Thai class on Tuesday. The instruction was very approachable for beginners and I learned a lot about the art after just one day. Will definitely get you in shape!
I attended my first muy Thai class here a couple days ago and it was such a fun experience! Coach Sam was attentive and encouraging. The conditioning was great and I’ll definitely be returning to check out another class! Highly recommend!!
Amazing training. Tough guys! Thanks for having me. Osss
Incredible instructors in a clean, spacious facility. Coaches are engaged, thoughtful, and run great training--they are the real deal. The community is incredibly welcoming and trains without ego. I find it very welcoming as a beginner and those that practice martial arts at a high level will have more than enough competition to go around. Highly recommend this gym regardless of experience level or athleticism. Come check it out, you won't regret it.
Buddy told me about the place and I came for a class to check it out. Great environment, and great people. They lent me a gi to hop in a class and drill afterward. Everyone was very professional and respectful. Great instructors. Highly recommend.
Checked out the gym for the first time. I was greeted at the door and given a tour on the spot. Wonderful atmosphere and great rolls.
Attended class as a visitor from London. Demar and Coach Demetrius were very hospitable. The gym has large clean mat space and the students were very respectful. Coach Demetrius is a great coach with a wealth of knowledge. Would highly recommend visiting or training at this gym and thank the team for their hospitality.
Friendly People, good atmosphere.
I dropped in for the Saturday 10:00 AM Muay Thai class. I had never done a class like that before and the group felt very inclusive. It was a lot of fun! I definitely got a good workout and challenged my body mechanics. If you’re thinking about trying Muah Thai, do it at Broadway!
This is a fantastic dojo ran by JC that consists of highly skilled instructors & students, & it has a diverse curriculum for those with different martial arts interests: BJJ - Gi & No-Gi, Judo, Wrestling, & Muay Thai.
I’ve spent most of my time training Judo here. The Judo classes are great. Shoutout to Sensei Sophetra Ken & Jay Lee!
I love it my favorite place for training, every time I am getting better
Great space, People engaged and willing to learn. Others give people grace, highly recommend to get a good sweat in.
This place has an awesome vibe with some great skill on the mats and some really great instructors ….the front desk staff is really inviting and the talent on the mat is top notch I dropped in for a few classes here when I was in town from Toronto and def got some great rds with the crew… highly recommend checking Broadway out of your in town visiting.
While visiting Boston for a few days, I dropped into this gym. What a great group of guys and gals. I was warmly welcomed by Dmitri and young Andrew (thanks for the fist bump young Andrew!). Instant camaraderie and respectful, hard rolls with the other students in the class. The instruction was excellent. Dmitri took the time to answer specific questions and help with details while we were drilling. If I lived in Boston, I’d be here 4 days a week no question.
The least I can do for broadway jujitsu for them being so courteous and supportive to me is leave a 5 star review.
I’m quitting after day two.
Day one I felt like an ape, I’m new and sparred against people my weight. Choked em out, felt great. Day two I felt like a chimp , or better yet a wimp fending off these 175 pound silver back gorillas. I’m 140. Perhaps I’m being a bit melodramatic .
Maybe coach D wanted to humble me. By the way he is an exemplary jiujitsu practitioner with an excellent character who I respect greatly.
But I digress. In regards to being humbled. I’m poor and on ebt. Before Covid I was sitting on close to a mill , I had a 3000sqf home and a luxury automobile out west. Currently I’m shacking up in a rathole apartment in mattapan. Looking for cats because the mice are taking over and they’re shltting all over the place. So let’s just say I don’t need to be humbled , I’ve had enough.”humbling”. I’m pretty sure I’ve learned my lesson. Poverty is enough punishment for me.
The space is clean and they have the best equipment. I definitely recommend this gym if you’re interested in learning bjj. My only advice is know if you fit before you commit.
Long live broadway jiujitsu and thank you for giving me a chance, from now on I’ll stick to my Cossack dance and rebuilding my brand.
Truly ,
C
My BF trained here while on a quick trip to Boston. He absolutely loved it and enjoyed rolling with everyone.
My son trained here
While we visited Boston and it was a very welcoming environment and I watched a class he did and was very impressed with the quality of instruction he received and the skills of the training partners he engaged with …this is a great gym and a very inviting space.
Nice gym with a very warmth welcome, safe and clean place , very good coach , high level bjj there 💯💯💯 …
Was pretty nervous starting out, first month in and loving it, extremely friendly environment, coaches are very patient and friendly as well.
Fantastic place to train. They have excellent instructors and offer classes for all skill levels. You can rent a gi and have a great time while you’re in the city. I will definitely come back if I visit Boston again.
Was in town for a conference and looking for a place to train. It was easy to find information on their website and text their number to get more specifics. Very friendly staff and owner. Had great rolls with some very talented people. Ample training space. They have loaner gis as well which is great for travelers. They also have men’s and women’s locker rooms and showers. Would definitely train here next time we’re in town.
In town for a conference, so I stopped on for a gi Jiu-jitsu class. I enjoyed the instruction and rolls. Very competitive, but friendly school. I got rolls with purple, brown and black belts.
Dropped in for a class while in Boston on business. Everyone was very welcoming. Instruction and drills were excellent. Rolls were very tough but under control and respectful. Loved every minute of it! Great place to drop in if you're in Southie.
Attended a 7am no-gi class. Instructor was very friendly and active in coaching the class during drills. Very clean facility and very welcoming group. Hope to drop in again one day!
In Boston for a few days so dropped in. Great rolls, well organized, challenging, and friendly. Will definitely come back the next time I'm in Boston
Super cool group of people. Welcoming to people visiting the area. Great instruction and rolls.
I dropped in while I was in Boston for business. Prof Clarke led a great class and we were able to get some challenging situational live rounds in. Everyone was very welcoming and I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a place to train. I’ll be stopping in any chance I get. Thanks for a great workout and I’ll see again soon!
Great instruction, great training, and great people. I am glad I chose Broadway Jiu Jitsu.
I'm Brazilian and I've been practicing jiujitsu for 3 years on ChuteBoxe gym, I'm a blue belt over there. I came to spend some time in Boston and I was looking for a gym to train jiu jitsu, by chance I found Broadway.
The best choice I made was to go train there. Very receptive and pleasant people, very well done and without fuss. I really enjoyed training and meeting new people. I will definitely take more classes and I want to train muaythai too.
Congratulations to the participants. I highly recommend going to train there, whether beginners or more experienced.
Nice decor, welcoming experience
Great people , excellent masters, great trainings.
Dropped in for no-gi while in Boston for a conference. Very welcoming, instruction was excellent, and rounds were competitive and friendly. Highly recommend!
Great establishment. Chris is the man
Love the gym, the staff and athletes were super welcoming!
very welcoming to us on our first visit!
Very welcoming place and great time for beginner
Great group of guys! Had a buddy recommend me and had a blast! Loved it and definitely will come again!
Amazing place to train! Best coaches, best training partners, and the best environment!
Convenient location, friendly atmosphere, and professional trainers. Def recommend.
Was in town for a few days and dropped in for a noon nogi class. Was impressed with the instruction from Prof John. It was highly detailed and concise. Chill vibes and great atmosphere. A wonderful place to train. Will definitely be back next time I am in town.
Cool environment in there, employees are very friendly. Took a muay thai class. Good technique, steady, high paced class, good training partners too, would recommend
Best BJJ gym in town!
Great place to train. Highly knowledgeable coaches and friendly to beginners. If your looking to try something new or have a passion for jujitsu this is the place for you.
Pretty impressed with the size of this gym and the overall culture. Overall very inviting, helpful, organized, and skilled instructors. Really appreciate the level of detail and explanation behind what is taught. Also, being a female in a male dominant place ….. I like how you aren’t treated any different.
Had a great time here as a beginner!!
Great martial arts studio located in Southie! My friend and I went to a trial judo session as our first time training. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, great studio for beginners. Would highly recommend.
Great place!
Awesome gym learned so much. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Definitely gonna come back here next time.
Great place to train! Everyone is very welcoming and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Broadway Jiu Jitsu!!
Stopped by with my brother for a class, everyone was friendly and it was a great experience.
i’m going to give broadway jui jitsu a 10/10. I recently became a member of this gym and let me tell you the people here are amazing. Before I knew it I had friends and training partners that I learned so much from and love terribly. Before I came to this gym I never liked working out. I love coming here and learning how to defend myself. I’ve learned so much from John, Lisa, Demetrius, Dimitri, Joe, AJ, Sensei SaPedro, Sensei Jay, Sensei Fong, Sensei Larry and of course my ukes. Do yourself a favor and join a gym you actually like by joining broadway jiu jitsu. I absolutely stumbled on a pot of gold here. I have had a blast. It’s been five months of training and I think I’ve accidentally learned how to be an assassin. It takes a lot of work to stand back up when you get knocked down a million times but I can personally say after that million and one time it gets a little easier.
Really cool atmosphere, kind individuals who encourage you to give a try and give tips on form. Highly recommend for those who are interested in martial arts or a form of fitness.
I have been training in Broadway for a year, and I must say, it was an incredible experience! The instructors are highly knowledgeable and approachable, making sure that every student, regardless of their skill level, feels comfortable and included. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and provides a great atmosphere for learning and growth. I also had the pleasure to working with Dima, one of highly skilled instructor, I have trained with him for BBJ and kickboxing, and I am looking forward to do more!
Training for Muy Thai at this gym. Best class
Great place to train MMA.
I stopped by and tried judo with Sensei Sophetra. The class was great!
The best training in Boston hands down! Great place to train for any level
Best bjj gym ever❗️
I can’t say enough great things about this place]! From the moment I walked in, I knew this was a special place. The coaching staff is top-tier, with a deep understanding of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and an incredible ability to break down even the most complex techniques. They take the time to ensure that every student, no matter their level, grasps the fundamentals while continuously building on new skills.
My friend brought me here to try the class and it was a great experience
The atmosphere here is fantastic! It's a perfect blend of professionalism and fun. The coaches foster a respectful and ego-free environment where learning is the priority, and the support from teammates makes training here a joy. Whether you're looking to improve your technique, get in shape, or compete, this is the place to be.
What stands out is the individualized attention and care. The instructors are always available to answer questions, offer advice, and help you progress at your own pace.
Great time training at Broadway Jiu Jitsu. I’m visiting from North Carolina and they welcome me to their gym for the day. I was able to do an open mat and a no gi training in the same day!
Best gym around
Great gym, coaches and awesome rounds! Thanks!
Dropped in while in town. Had some great rolls, met some great people, and learned a new detail for bottom half guard. Will be back the next time I'm in Boston.
I've trained at multiple gyms in Massachusetts but this has been one of the best stacks of diverse classes, levels to train with and coaches. Highly recommend for beginners or others looking to switch to a new gym.
I finally stopped by Broadway after like 10 years of first seeing it. Great group of people to get some rounds in with! And they have showers on site, what more could you ask for?
Broadway Jiu Jitsu is a place where you will get competitive rolls and world class instruction. The relationships that I've been able to foster here will last a life time.
Top tier jiu jitsu. Phenomenal instruction that’s beneficial for beginners and experts alike. Broadway has a big mat space and a great environment that allows people to get the most out of their training. Broadway is a 10/10 and I can’t recommend it enough. If you’re looking for great training from great coaches. Come to Broadway Jiu-Jitsu.
Started about 2 years ago, never stopped class since then, never had problem with any coach. Great community, people come from all different background, generally speaking everybody is very friendly and respectful. I made great friends from here who are excellent in other fields as well, I have learned a lot from them more than just Martial Arts and made connection with them outside of gym. I also met few of best friends here. The price is very affordable if you dedicate to train and learn. The coaches are very responsible, and restricted on details. The way of teaching may not be the way that you feel comfortable with, but it definitely helps you really learn how to fight, and you will feel great after.
Top notch martial arts gym. There is a really good mix of hobbyists and competitors in the gym which makes it welcoming for everyone. The gym offers a litany of different classes including gi/ no gi jiu jitsu, wrestling, judo and Muy Thai. I highly recommend checking it out
Dropped by one evening 8 years ago and kept coming back multiple times a week. Exceptional instructors, supportive environment, and tons of fun. Nobody gives you anything at Broadway without you earning it.
Moved to Boston for work, shopped around for gyms and settled into Broadway JJ. Clean facility, experienced instructors that cater to all levels, and a great curriculum. If you have ever thought of trying Jiu Jitsu, do not hesitate! This is the place to go in Boston!
Great gym, great instructors, and a great culture. Broadway Jiu-Jitsu is an excellent place to learn jiu-jitsu at all skill levels. The instructors do a phenomenal job at teaching and coaching concepts with lots of individual attention. Its the best spot to hone in on skills and drill with strong competition. I've been here for almost a year and couldn't have asked for a better group of people to learn from. If you're looking to try jiu-jitsu out for the first time or thinking about transitioning to a new gym, this is the place to be!
Broadway Jiu Jitsu is a top notch facility. It’s the only place to train if you’re in South Boston. John Clarke AKA “Red Velvet” is a world class teacher and his staff is tremendous. Definitely give it a shot! You won’t regret it.
I have been training 6+ months with the team and have appreciated the detailed instruction by our coaches and the camaraderie I share with other teammates. It's a strong culture where everyone is there to genuinely push you and make you better. The plethora of classes available (BJJ, Judo, Muay Thai)offer a world class group of instructors that are experienced, patient and informative. Fortunate to be a part of such a team and encourage others to join.
D is a great coach. He adjusts the teaching style to what resonates with me, but never forgets to tie it to the why-always trying to create a deeper understanding. The result is a methodical practice, dosed with consistent humility, mutual respect, and a collective drive to always improve.
Great gym, Great atmosphere and great competitive athletes here. JC is the man. Highly recommend! Everyone has been kind but the training is rock solid so what more can you ask for?
I've been training jiu-jitsu and wrestling at Broadway for about a year and a half. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and welcoming to all students. The classes are well structured and there's always great competition. I highly, highly recommend Broadway to anyone looking to improve their BJJ/wrestling game.
I dropped in for nogi class while I was visiting Boston. John was extremely welcoming and instruction was awesome. Highly recommend to everyone.
I had never done any sort of martial arts before, but thought it looked fun and wanted to give it a shot. Came here to try out a no-gi bjj class. The instructors were awesome and went out of their way to provide extra instruction and modification to the session to make sure I got the most out of it. All the other member and staff were very open and friendly and accommodating. The class was a ton of fun and I would 100% recommend this gym to anyone
Great place to train with great instructors who don’t hesitate to answer any questions you may have. Highly recommend this place! The vibe is cool too!
As a travelling black belt, I always take my gi with me when I travel for work. I dropped in for a class last night and can say this gym is top notch. High level technique and a wide range of students. Would definitely recommend this place.
I trained at Broadway for about three years while living in Boston and make sure to come back every time I’m back in town. John is a fantastic coach who was instrumental in shaping my game, and anyone who is serious about their martial arts training should take the opportunity to train with him and his team.
Visited the dojo for a week and had an extremely pleasant experience. The instructor is very knowledgeable and welcoming. Everybody seemed to be very respectful, and the teammates that I practiced with treated me like one of them. The dojo itself is in very good condition, clean and with good spacious facilities.
I strongly suggest anyone who is interested in the different sports to consider this as your first alternative in the area.
Great place to learn martial arts. Great coaches and amazing atmosphere. Highly recommend broadway for anyone looking to get some quality training in.
This is one of the best gyms I've ever been to. Advanced practitioners and absolute beginners are both welcomed equally, not only by staff but by members as well. Those who are interested in competing in tournaments will find the coaching and support here second to none. Additionally, those who are curious to try something new for health reasons or just looking for a new hobby would not be out of place. Broadway is welcoming to men and women of all walks of life; the mat is a great equalizer. Everyone is respectful and you'll notice the same people coming in consistently which gives Broadway a very unique familiarity and encourages newcomers to come back the next day and the next...
My university has several decent gyms, but I barely persuaded myself to workout there. Broadway Jiu Jitsu is the first gym where I really enjoy sports, enjoy learning techniques and sequences. It has excellent instructors and friendly-tough members. I can't recommend more highly. I wish I have joined this bjj family years ago.
Exceptional school. I’ve been doing BJJ for 10+ years and have trained at most schools in Greater Boston, and Broadway ranks as one of my favorites by far. The instructor has high expectations in regards to effort and respect, but does a great job of modeling both. The result is a motivating and focused culture, and a healthy level of competition. He and the rest of the coaches are very professional and kind, and provide excellent instruction. They are doing a wonderful job of running a quality school while respecting the challenges/restrictions related to COVID..
I dropped in from out of town for a couple classes. They were a great bunch. Good variety of skill levels in the gym. We drilled some awesome techniques then got into some sparring. For sparring you were paired up with people your size with a different skill level. I personally love that setup. (Keep in mind this structure could change this is just how it was when I was there)
Overall everyone was super nice and they had great instruction. Check it out!
Signed up immediately after my trial class and have zero regrets. Great learning environment so far.
Professor JC has created an awesome training environment for the team. As an experienced BJJ black belt and MMA fighter, he teaches with great detail and patience. The Broadway family welcomed me when I moved to Boston and now I have great friends. You won't regret joining the Broadway family
Couldn't have asked for a better place to train at! All of my training partners push me to become better and offer up tips to improve my style. Heard from multiple people that this is the best place to train in Boston, hands down!
This gym changed my life in terms of actually enjoying fitness again. I joined in 2012 with no prior experience in Muay Thai or any MMA whatsoever. Before Broadway Jiu-Jitsu, I was stuck in a dreadful boring routine of going to a "regular" gym to run on the tread mill and lift weights. I tried a Muay Thai class on a whim and loved every second of it. I no longer dreaded going to work out, now I found myself looking forward to each Muay Thai class. Each class is mentally and physically challenging with great instructors and you will leave feeling relaxed after a stressful day. This gym has a great feel where everyone is friendly and the ownership is always present. If you need to change up your routine, I highly recommend coming in for a trial class, you will not be disappointed.
The instruction, facilities, and community are all great.
They welcomed me like if I was one of theirs, really cool people, very professional and friendly, You should come and train in here.
